Applying for your profile

We currently use a Google Form connected to a private, staff-only Google Sheet. Nothing you submit is published automatically — every application is reviewed by our team before a profile appears on the site.

Every tutor has a short 15-minute video call with us, whatever membership you choose. This is how we verify your identity, DBS and qualifications in person, and it's your chance to ask us anything about Trusted Tutors, including whether Plus membership is right for you.

We never collect these on the application form:
  • Passport or ID document images
  • DBS certificates or certificate numbers
  • Bank details or payment information
Identity and DBS verification are handled separately through an approved provider or manual process, once your application is approved — never through the public registration form.
